The idea
InvestCam is an iOS app prototype that proposes a new way to follow the stock market. Point your smartphone camera at the logo of a company listed on B3: the system recognises the brand and shows its stock data on screen.
How it works
The journey was designed to be simple and fluid, with as few steps as possible between curiosity and information. On the back end, an AI system searches the web for the different versions of the listed companies’ logos, so no one has to upload each image manually to train the model.
Adding a new company only takes its name and ticker, entered in an admin area designed to keep operations fast.
